The Services are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Worthune is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax adviser, legal adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or professional advice.
3.AI-Generated Outputs
Certain outputs, recommendations, summaries, forecasts, or scenarios may be generated using artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical models, or rules-based systems. These outputs may be incomplete, may contain errors, may rely on assumptions, may not reflect real-world outcomes, and are probabilistic rather than deterministic.

You may voluntarily provide financial assumptions, personal financial variables, projections, and related scenario data. You represent that you have the right to provide such information. You should not submit highly sensitive identifiers, including Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, brokerage account credentials, or tax IDs.
7.Intellectual Property
All content, designs, tools, frameworks, software, text, visualizations, and AI workflows are the property of Worthune unless otherwise stated. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
8.Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Scrape data
- Interfere with system security
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Misuse outputs as regulated financial advice
9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worthune shall not be liable for financial losses, investment losses, indirect damages, consequential damages, reliance-based damages, or inaccuracies in outputs.
