Getting and using a sandbox key
A sandbox key is free. Request it at worthune.com/sandbox with a work or personal email; it arrives in minutes. It opens the whole model catalog and up to 5 stored households at a time for 30 days, over the API, the SDKs and MCP, with the console and notifications. When you are ready, a paid plan keeps the same organization and households.

Requesting a key
Open the sandbox page in a browser, enter an email address, and the key is sent to it. One sandbox per inbox: a fresh key can be requested in the current key's last week, up to three keys in all. An address that already holds a paid plan is told so by email and gets no sandbox.
What it opens
Every model in the catalog, with a daily ceiling of 2,000 runs. Up to 5 stored households at a time and 25 in all: create, import, project, decide, the client picture and the decision history. 2 notification endpoints, the console, both SDKs and the MCP server.
What it does not include
White-label branding and tenant-bound embeds, which come with Growth. Narration and mapping drafts run only with your own model key over the API. Monte Carlo runs are capped at a thousand paths.
When it ends
The key stops working on its expiry date and says so plainly. 14 days later the sandbox's data is removed. Moving to Launch before then keeps the organization and its households exactly as they are.
Questions
Common questions
- I requested a key and nothing arrived.
- Check spam first. If the address already holds a Worthune plan, or its current key is not yet in its last week, the email says so instead of carrying a key. Write to support@worthune.com if neither applies.
- Can two colleagues share a sandbox?
- The key can be used by anyone you give it to, but it is one organization and one key. For a team evaluation, one person requests it and shares it, or each requests their own with their own address.
